Among them, the third generation of semiconductor RF electronic devices in the civilian and military fields have achieved large-scale applications. Looking at the international, the global semiconductor industry as a whole is in a downturn in 2019, but the third-generation semiconductor technology, products, market and investment all show high growth, and leading companies have strengthened their layout in the third-generation semiconductor field by adjusting business areas, expanding capacity supply, integrating mergers and acquisitions, and enhancing competitive ability.
