The New Energy Chamber of Commerce of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce launched the report "Study on Some Major Issues of China's 14th Five-Year Plan for New Energy Development" in July 2019. The report points out that accelerating the centralized and decentralized development of wind power, promoting the comprehensive and diversified development of solar energy, promoting the large-scale development of biomass, promoting the industrialized use of geothermal energy, building a multi-energy complementary intelligent energy system, and upgrading the comprehensive pipeline network infrastructure will become the main tasks of China's new energy development in the 14th Five-Year Plan period.

At the same time, the 14th Five-Year Plan period is the key period of China's energy transformation and change, which should be combined with energy transformation and power system reform to innovate renewable energy power development mode, give full play to the decisive role of the market in resource allocation, and establish a number of integrated energy services and industrial combination demonstration projects based on enterprise model innovation; better play the role of government macro-control and control, and better develop the energy system.
